Own full-cycle recruiting for Mento’s coach community, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, selection, and hiring. Build AI-powered workflows, automations, and integrations to improve recruiting and coach operations. Manage coach onboarding, training, activation, communications, support, recurring programs, and documentation while using data and feedback to improve processes and scalability.

Own a $5M–$6M ARR book (35–45 mid-market and enterprise accounts), driving end-to-end implementation, utilization, renewals, and expansion. Build strategic partnerships with People and L&D leaders, run executive reviews, surface expansion signals, advocate cross-functionally, and document scalable playbooks to improve processes and outcomes.

Build and ship AI-enabled coaching product features from 0-to-1; design application capabilities on top of foundational models; translate coaching workflows into AI agents; build data pipelines and integrations; and educate the team on data and AI best practices.
