Leads application development by designing, coding, testing, debugging, and implementing systems. Analyzes complex business requirements, develops cost-effective solutions, prepares technical documentation, configures systems, and supports unit, integration, and acceptance testing. May train users and recommend improvements to development and maintenance standards.

Leads application development across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, debugging, testing, data warehouse development, system implementation, documentation, and user training. Analyzes complex business problems and develops cost-effective automated solutions. Requires expertise in Cogito, Caboodle, data modeling, SQL-based data analysis, code management, and agile methodologies, with preferred Epic HB/BP experience and Clarity certification.
