Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits using AthenaHealth and payer portals, obtain pre-authorizations, identify primary/secondary payers, document outcomes, collaborate with billing and operations to resolve eligibility issues and prevent claim denials, notify patients of coverage discrepancies, and maintain accurate insurance records to ensure compliant billing and timely reimbursement.

Lead strategy and hands-on execution for landing page optimization and experimentation across paid acquisition. Build and publish pages in a CMS, design A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results, and partner with Product, Paid Media, Analytics, Brand, Clinical, and Compliance to improve conversions and first-visit bookings. Establish repeatable testing programs, map ad creative to targeted experiences, and ensure healthcare compliance and trust in patient-facing content.

Lead Midi's social strategy and execution across all platforms, build scalable production and measurement systems, mentor the social team, drive engagement and brand growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to amplify cultural conversations and business outcomes.

Own and grow strategic channel partnerships (health plans, benefits consultants, TPAs) to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. Lead partner onboarding, activation plans, performance reporting, cross-functional execution, and executive stakeholder engagement to translate partnerships into measurable business outcomes.
