Provide personalized furniture design consultations, educate clients through demonstrations, build relationships, follow up on leads, and drive store sales. Collaborate with architecture and design professionals, maintain visual merchandising standards, deliver a premium in-store experience, and accurately process transactions and orders. Weekend, holiday, and extended-hours availability is required, along with the ability to lift or move items over 20 pounds.

Drive store sales through personalized design consultations, product selection, space planning, styling, and client relationship management. Meet revenue, conversion, and retention KPIs while maintaining CRM outreach, visual merchandising standards, and product expertise. Build relationships with trade professionals and the local design community, and conduct in-home consultations or off-site meetings as needed.

Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) to meet business requirements. Integrate internal/external services, follow Salesforce best practices and governor limits, document solutions, support Product Owners, and collaborate with stakeholders and the Salesforce team. Maintain CI/CD/DevOps practices and enhance user experience.
