Leads complex, cross-functional business and technology projects from initiation through closeout in a regulated Insurtech environment. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, governance, stakeholder communication, implementation readiness, and organizational change. Partners with insurance, product, technology, data, finance, legal, compliance, and external teams while using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.

Provides project management office support across planning, scheduling, reporting, governance, documentation, stakeholder communication, training coordination, and tool administration. Tracks milestones, risks, issues, deliverables, and action items while maintaining project repositories and PMO standards. Coordinates training and change management activities, supports user adoption, and assists Project Managers across multiple concurrent projects in a remote, cross-functional environment.

The Business Analyst gathers and prioritizes business requirements, supports technology platform design and implementation, maintains process and stakeholder knowledge, conducts software testing and quality assurance, assists with project planning, and trains end users. The role collaborates with vendors, IT, operations, underwriting, and distribution teams to align technology solutions with business needs, KPIs, and the organization’s technology roadmap.

Lead analysis and implementation of technology platforms: gather and document business requirements, analyze data for insights, define standards and best practices, design and execute testing, manage projects and timelines, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver presentations on progress and findings.

Supports commercial insurance underwriters by quoting, binding, and issuing policies and endorsements; reviewing policy documentation; verifying broker records; ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines and SOPs; maintaining broker relationships; and preparing policies in policy administration systems. The role may also support PAS testing, special projects, and team mentoring while managing multiple priorities remotely.

Supports core HR functions including HR operations, onboarding, employee experience, HRIS administration, people analytics, compliance, recruiting, employee relations, and special projects. Maintains personnel records, assists with benefits and leave administration, coordinates interviews, prepares reports and dashboards, supports engagement initiatives, and contributes to process improvement, AI, and automation projects.

Lead and expand Seafarer Marine's nationwide commercial marine underwriting function. Set underwriting strategy, authority levels, pricing, and risk selection. Oversee portfolio performance, partner with actuarial and claims, build broker and carrier relationships, develop underwriting talent, and drive profitable premium growth and product expansion across commercial, ocean, inland marine, and specialty yacht segments.
