Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable ML models (batch and real-time), build end-to-end MLOps pipelines (versioning, CI/CD, containerization, monitoring), analyze large healthcare datasets, bridge research-to-production gaps, present solutions to stakeholders, mentor ML engineers, and apply best practices for model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.

Provides remote, bilingual nursing support for urgent and complex patient needs. Assesses care plans, supports implementation, conducts post-hospital outreach, performs emergency and disaster outreach, completes chart audits, and coordinates handoffs among patients, families, field staff, and care centers. Requires a multistate RN license, at least three years of clinical nursing experience, crisis communication skills, flexibility, and strong organizational abilities.

Lead day-to-day market operations, overseeing clinical and operations teams to drive growth, quality care, and financial performance. Manage P&L oversight, operational metrics, scheduling, compliance, and patient experience. Collaborate with regional and centralized leaders, support hiring and development, and implement strategic priorities to meet KPIs and market goals.

The Staff Engineer will design and manage ML infrastructure while mentoring teams, driving MLOps strategies, and ensuring compliance in healthcare data systems.
