Works under Senior and Manager direction using established templates and procedures across areas including General PP&E, inventory, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and beginning balances.

Leads fiscal operations support for a U.S. Navy/DoD financial management organization. Owns budget execution, funds control, reconciliations, audit readiness, FIAR, internal controls, and Navy ERP optimization. Serves as the senior technical authority for SAP ECC FI, MM, and SD modules; resolves complex unmatched transactions and financial discrepancies; advises SES-level leaders; and manages, mentors, and develops financial analysts and ERP specialists.

Develop and maintain enterprise full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, modern front-end frameworks, Oracle Exadata, and OpenShift/Kubernetes.
