The Systems Engineer will provide leadership in designing, integrating, and testing complex aircraft mission systems. Responsibilities include managing requirements, conducting trade studies, and evaluating design alternatives for mission capabilities.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications hosted in the cloud. Implement front-end UIs, build backend APIs interacting with cloud services, containerize apps, collaborate with infrastructure engineers, follow Agile and DevSecOps practices, and contribute to extensible, object-oriented codebases.

Design, develop, test, and deploy mission-planning algorithms and simulations. Process and analyze raw data, validate performance with dynamic-system simulations, document results, and present findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fieldable algorithmic solutions into software.

Lead technical vision and execution for AI/ML, data management, decision systems, and mission-planning software. Manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee program schedule and budget, cultivate partner relationships, pursue business opportunities, and provide technical oversight and guidance to deliver mission-critical solutions.
