Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for platform security and data capabilities. Partner with engineering, design, data, security, legal, and GTM to improve security, governance, access, and data quality. Drive initiatives from discovery to delivery, prioritize tradeoffs, measure outcomes, and increase customer trust and platform scalability.

Lead and scale a multi-functional platform engineering organization (SRE, Operations, Data & AI Platform, Database Engineering). Own the cloud platform and infrastructure-as-product, drive multi-quarter initiatives to improve developer velocity and reliability, solve scalability and system reliability problems, partner with product and engineering leaders, manage vendors and cost governance, and raise engineering quality and operational excellence.

Build and operate scalable, highly observable backend services and stream-processing pipelines (Kafka, Flink) to process telemetry from hundreds of thousands of IoT devices, powering geofencing, alerts, trip construction, and APIs. Collaborate with Embedded/IoT teams, own infrastructure on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), reduce technical debt, and mentor teammates.

Leads Motive’s internal communications strategy, narrative, and cadence across company-wide forums, executive messaging, video, Slack, intranet, email, and other channels. Advises executives, supports crisis and change communications, aligns internal and external messaging, measures employee sentiment, and improves engagement programs. The role also partners with Corporate Communications, Legal, and People teams and mentors communications talent while remaining an individual contributor.

Manage sales strategy and revenue operations for Motive’s Strategic segment. Partner with sales leadership on forecasting, pipeline management, QBRs, territory design, reporting, analytics, and business cadences. Build tools using Salesforce, Snowflake, Hex, spreadsheets, AI agents, and workflow automation. Lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize sales productivity, support distributed analytical teams, and advise leadership on performance, deal velocity, and account potential.

Lead complex B2B hardware and software implementations for strategic customers. Own implementation plans, KPIs, training, adoption, timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Lead cross-functional teams, advise executive stakeholders, provide change-management guidance, host customer sessions, and ensure successful deployments within scope and schedule. Travel to customer sites approximately 40% of the time.

Own the hardware and firmware product strategy for Motive’s connected equipment-monitoring devices. Lead hardware NPI from concept through mass production, manage firmware roadmaps and OTA releases, improve installed-base reliability, battery life, connectivity, and installation performance, and direct device partnerships. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, cloud, mobile, and go-to-market teams while translating customer needs into technical requirements and product decisions.

Build and scale sales operations for Motive’s Networks business. Own forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, account hierarchy, segmentation, and sales cadences. Partner with sales leadership, account managers, marketing, finance, partnerships, and central operations to improve network penetration and member conversion. Create Salesforce, spreadsheet, and Snowflake-based analytics while automating manual workflows with AI and scripting tools. Serve as a strategic advisor and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Own Motive’s global financial products compliance program across AML/BSA, sanctions, KYC/KYB, PEP screening, transaction monitoring, lending compliance, audits, and regulatory relationships. Develop policies and controls, ensure operational effectiveness, manage bank and card network partners, monitor regulatory changes, support compliant product launches, and establish governance across multiple jurisdictions including the US, Canada, and UK/EU. Build the compliance function and advise leadership on compliance risk.

Sell Motive's fleet management platform to large enterprise prospects across industries. Prospect, develop executive relationships, win RFPs, coordinate technical resources, meet revenue quotas, and use customer analytics to drive expansion and integrations.

Research and analyze vehicle network signals, OEM telematics data, wiring diagrams, and field logs to expand vehicle telemetry coverage. Capture and interpret vehicle network data using live debugging, log analysis, scraping, reverse engineering, and custom scripts. Validate solutions on vehicles and at customer locations, document findings, and collaborate with global engineering and product teams to support new telematics capabilities.

Provide high-level administrative support to sales executives including calendar, travel, expense reporting, and confidential communication. Prepare reports and sales materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM. Plan and execute internal and external sales events and offsites. Liaise with clients and internal teams, multitask under pressure, and travel a few times a year.

Leads a team of 6–9 Strategic Customer Success Managers serving complex enterprise accounts. Owns retention, renewals, upsell and cross-sell targets, account strategy, success planning, forecasting, customer health, executive business reviews, and escalations. Develops customer success playbooks, advocates for client needs internally, builds executive relationships, and partners with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve outcomes. Also oversees recruiting, career development, team performance, and change management.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, demand generation, communications, content, lifecycle, channel, and partnership teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

Own partner marketing initiatives from go-to-market strategy and joint positioning through channel activation, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting. Develop partner messaging, campaigns, sales tools, enablement, and training while collaborating with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing. Analyze pipeline, revenue, engagement, and adoption performance; identify funnel improvements; manage budgets and resources; and lead multiple complex initiatives to drive partner-sourced growth.
