Navigating Cancer is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to plan and execute non-technical strategic projects or programs from initiation through delivery. Gather required data from end users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to define deliverables. Ensure that all targets and requirements are met and are completed on schedule and within budget. Work closely with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects. Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results. Per project deliverables and customer requests, act as intermediary between market/business/customer requirements and product/engineering, advocating for the product internally to meet customer deadlines. Work with product team to define product features and customer requirements to execute on project. Prevent roadblocks across teams to meet quality standards, project deadlines, and business objectives. Understand customer needs and work across departments to bring success of overall projects. Manage the long-term road map for specific project, involving sales, marketing, implementation, clients, prospects, partners, and other groups.

This position will be responsible for being the oncology clinical expert. As we build out a data platform, this role with be responsible to working with the data technology team and constructing and maintaining curation models for EMR (electronic medical record) clinical data to build clinical endpoints in the Navigating Cancer data set. Additionally, this role will be instrumental in helping to provide clinical support in building products and tools using the Navigating Cancer data set that includes both clinical electronic medical records data and patient reported outcomes data, including conducting independent secondary epidemiological research and analysis.
