Leads a student-facing software engineering team while managing people, technical direction, architecture, delivery, and team health. The role combines hands-on coding, code review, technical debt ownership, pragmatic architectural decisions, AI-assisted development, and agile process improvement. The manager owns direct-report development, performance management, career growth, and team culture while partnering closely with Product to improve execution and learning.

Leads a 3–4 person Site Reliability team while remaining hands-on with software engineering, incident response, infrastructure automation, platform tooling, observability, disaster recovery, and modernization. Owns technical direction, reliability outcomes, technical debt, architecture, code reviews, hiring, performance management, career development, and team processes. The role participates in on-call and drives platform adoption, self-service, delivery quality, and effective AI-assisted development.

Own B2B pipeline and B2C growth analytics, including attribution, acquisition, registration funnels, SEO performance, forecasting, dashboards, experimentation, and marketing measurement. Partner with marketing, growth, product, sales, and data engineering to establish reliable metrics, improve reporting, guide investment decisions, and communicate actionable insights. Own the registered student experience from post-registration activation through enrollment. Lead lifecycle engagement, re-engagement messaging, personalization, recommendations, experimentation, and retention across web and app experiences. Use data, user research, and AI-enabled products to improve student value while generating insights for college partners. Define strategy, metrics, and cross-functional roadmaps across product, marketing, design, and other teams.
