Reporting: You will work with the rest of the FP&A team to ensure current board reporting is completed on time, while also working to enhance the knowledge base/reporting around key go-to-market initiatives and KPIs. Sales forecasting, pipeline trends, and renewal rate tracking will be some of the areas of focus.
Commission planning: You will help create and approve the Nintex incentive compensation plan and the tracking of sales efficiency by ensuring timely exchange of weekly and monthly data among business partners. Monthly requirements include working with payroll to approve commission distributions to quota carrying reps, and annual requirements include ensuring quota plans well position the company to meet bookings targets.
Providing data to support the health of Go-to-Market initiatives: Data collection, processing, and analysis will be critical to success in the role. Working closely with senior members of the finance team, this position will require the ability to use Salesforce reporting, pivot tables or other data analysis tools to quickly reach conclusions on the health of the business or the optimal route to increase revenue generation.
