The Senior Manager, Audit will lead a team, ensure effective audit operations, manage complex cases, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Oversee pension operations, boost team performance, manage evaluations, ensure compliance, and improve service delivery and operational workflows.

Manage a personal caseload of pension claims: meet customers by phone, verify eligibility, request documentation, and accurately enter data into the claims processing system while following plan rules and federal deadlines.

Develop and maintain software applications by building high-performance components; troubleshoot services; collaborate with business analysts on projects; and evangelize coding standards.

Lead UI/UX design and front-end implementation for web and mobile using Razor/Blazor and .NET MAUI. Build responsive, high-fidelity components, create prototypes, translate mockups into C#/Blazor components, maintain a unified design system, optimize mobile rendering, and integrate with RESTful APIs.

Record transactions on a modified cash basis, reconcile cash and investment accounts monthly, prepare timely financial statements, monitor and process Trust expenses, calculate premiums and administrative fees, and back up cash management and investment directive tasks as needed.
