Develop high-performance, highly available desktop and web applications using .NET technologies and T-SQL. Design application logic, optimized queries, Agentic AI workflows, and scalable system architectures. Troubleshoot full-stack production issues, support legacy and modern systems, collaborate with Business Analysts, document software components, and conduct code reviews. The role requires hybrid work three days weekly in Seattle.

Serves as the technical authority for enterprise infrastructure, including VMware virtualization, SAN/NAS storage, backup and disaster recovery, Windows servers, identity, endpoints, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and mobile device management. Designs, deploys, secures, monitors, and maintains highly available systems; performs capacity planning, recovery testing, hardware administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure documentation. Provides senior-level customer support and helps administer Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI services.

Serve as a trusted execution partner translating strategic priorities into action. Lead planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives, coordinate leadership operating rhythms, improve processes, manage change, set performance metrics, identify risks, and run special projects to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead the organization's learning and development strategy: assess needs, design and deliver instructor-led and blended learning, manage the LMS, build onboarding and leadership programs, partner with HR and business leaders, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve training to drive employee performance and business results.
