Responsibilities include building pipelines, managing complex procurement cycles, closing multi-year contracts, developing executive stakeholder relationships, partnering with technical teams on solution presentations, maintaining procurement and compliance expertise, forecasting with MEDDPICC, and supporting government-sector demand generation and partnerships.

Supports customer-facing technical solution architecture for communications service provider opportunities. Responsibilities include discovery workshops, requirements gathering, hybrid cloud and on-premise architecture, proof-of-value engagements, demonstrations, partner integrations, workload testing, and production planning. The role collaborates with sales, delivery, engineering, product, and customer teams while developing expertise in analytics, telemetry, cloud data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.

Owns technical strategy and customer acquisition for communications service provider opportunities. Leads discovery, design sessions, solution architecture, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, workload testing, sizing, production readiness, and technical close. Partners with account executives, delivery, engineering, product, and strategic partners to design high-volume analytics and AI solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. Requires deep CSP, telecommunications, data warehousing, telemetry, cloud, and AI expertise, with travel up to 50%.

Own B2B demand generation across SEO, paid search, paid social, website conversion, email, nurture, webinars, and integrated campaigns. Manage HubSpot workflows, segmentation, lifecycle programs, budgets, audience strategy, experimentation, and channel optimization. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, RevOps, Product, Content, and Events to generate qualified pipeline, measure ROI, improve conversion, and provide market intelligence.

Build and maintain Python-based automation, services, test infrastructure, and performance analysis tooling for a distributed database system. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, improve developer tooling and reproducible testing, analyze system performance, and create documentation and runbooks. The role requires strong software fundamentals, systems thinking, Linux and CI experience, and the ability to learn new languages and systems quickly.

Own end-to-end technical project and program planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate hardware and software installations, database deployments, migrations, data workflows, procurement, site readiness, and go-live activities. Maintain project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports; facilitate stand-ups, steering updates, and retrospectives. Manage concurrent projects, resolve blockers, and improve project-management processes, templates, and tools across engineering, product, solutions, operations, QA, sales, customers, and vendors.

Creates technical documentation for Ocient’s unified data platform, especially data-loading functionality. Partners with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, manage writing timelines and review cycles, communicate progress, and deliver accurate, user-focused content. The role requires strong technical writing, organization, collaboration, and project management skills, with familiarity in databases or data warehouses. AI, SQL, Markdown, docs-as-code, and technical diagram experience are advantageous.

Build and expand in-database ML model catalog: implement new model types, ensure framework parity with scikit-learn/Spark ML, optimize training and inference at petabyte scale, extend SQL-level linear algebra, and collaborate across teams to deliver correct, performant ML features and documentation.

Extend and harden Ocient's native geospatial engine: implement and optimize 120+ spatial functions, ensure spherical/geodetic numerical correctness, improve spatial indexing and query performance at trillion-row scale, deepen spatiotemporal operators (trajectory/interpolation), integrate geospatial features with the analytical engine, and produce design docs, tests, and benchmarks.
