Lead end-to-end accounting for multi-entity US and Australian operations: consolidations, monthly/quarterly/annual close, audit readiness, tax and compliance, controls, and systems. Own external audit, bank covenants, investor reporting, and accounting technology roadmap (NetSuite, automation, AI). Manage and develop a 4-8 person team and partner with cross-functional leaders and the CFO.

Own and scale the corporate three-statement financial model; lead monthly/quarterly forecasting; build scenario plans; analyze financial performance; prepare executive and board reporting; partner with Accounting and business leaders to drive financial alignment and tool/process improvements.

Oversee a portfolio of commercial solar and energy storage assets, managing client relationships, performance reporting, maintenance coordination, service escalations, Salesforce cases and work orders, and technical communications. Translate asset performance issues into business impacts, advise on repair, replacement, and warranty decisions, and collaborate with field, technical, performance, sales, and product teams to support portfolio health, retention, and renewals.
