The Senior Data Engineer will architect, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate on data solutions for Openly's insurance platform.

Design, deliver, and maintain onboarding and continuing education for Homeowners, Liability, and Auto claims. Create instructional content (VILT, e-learning, simulations), assess training needs via claims data and KPIs, run train-the-trainer and coaching programs, manage LMS content, and report on training effectiveness to claims leadership.
