Coordinate engineering, manufacturing (China), vendors, installs, and client communication from scoping through go-live, troubleshoot field issues, and build scalable documentation and standards.

Senior hands-on engineering leader responsible for technical sign-off and quality of all electronic/digital products shipped from China. Build and lead a China technology team, create a China standards library, adapt US/EMEA designs for retail compliance and manufacturability, govern vendor technical decisions, and support cross-regional handoffs and post-deployment root-cause analysis. Travel to NA/Europe as needed.
