Lead and grow Parsons' Rail Systems practice in the US West, manage large rail transit projects (> $500M), direct design/integration of signaling, traction power, communications and SCADA, drive pursuits and proposals, mentor teams, ensure systems engineering, safety certification, testing and successful project delivery.

Lead and manage hydrology and drainage design for transportation projects, overseeing technical deliverables, staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Serve as primary client/JV interface, mentor junior engineers, prepare stormwater plans, permit applications, drainage reports, and act as Drainage Design Engineer of Record for WSDOT design-build projects.

Lead design and delivery of traction power and electrical systems for rail/transit projects, including substations, ductbanks, ground grids, schematics, single-line diagrams, specifications, shop drawing reviews, testing oversight, O&M documentation, and on-site inspections.

Lead and manage hydrology and roadway drainage design practice for transportation projects in the Pacific Northwest and nationally. Oversee drainage design (hydrologic analysis, storm sewer, channels, cross drains, retention/detention, water quality, outfalls), prepare plans/reports and permit documentation, serve as client and JV technical lead, estimate budgets/staffing, mentor engineers, and provide PE seal/signature when required for WSDOT design‑build and conventional projects.

Perform field engineering for rail and transit construction: develop plans, schedules, and procedures; track and distribute reports; manage RFIs and submittals; update project logs; coordinate with contractors; assist the Project Manager; and audit change orders using CAD and project software.

Serve as Parsons' contract representative supporting a federal construction program. Prepare and review solicitations, contracts, modifications, sole source justifications, source selection documentation, Statements of Work, and IGEs per FAR and federal guidance. Identify and mitigate contract risks, propose alternate clauses, administer prime contract business provisions, and support resolution of contract issues while coordinating with client contracting officers.

Support delivery of transmission, distribution, and grid modernization capital projects by coordinating schedules, costs, governance, reporting, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and PMO-aligned documentation to help Project Managers deliver projects on time and on budget.

Serve as on-site CBRN Lead and site manager conducting detection operations, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining equipment and documentation, delivering training, producing SITREPs and AARs, supporting fleet and logistics, and traveling frequently to support deployments and special events.

Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of FAA electronic systems (NAVAIDs, communications, surveillance). Read schematics, use test equipment, document work, follow safety and FAA procedures, and support field site activities nationwide.
