Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, system administration, health monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration, and software updates for a federal law enforcement client. Trains users, manages credentials and licenses, documents support activities in Salesforce, produces usage reports, and serves as a technical liaison between the client and internal teams. May assist investigations, participate in on-call duties, and travel monthly to the Washington, D.C. area.
