Offers 401(K)
After 6 consecutive months of service, qualified employees are encouraged to participate in the PHYTEC 401(k) plan through Vanguard. This 401(k) plan has Pre-Tax deferrals and Roth deferrals.

All active, full-time employees working at least 30 hours a week receive long-term disability insurance benefit, which covers 60% of employee's earning up to a maximum of $10,000.

PHYTEC pays 100% of health insurance premiums for all employees working 30 hours or more per week. For employees working at least 40 hours per week, we also pay 100% for dependent premiums. Nice!
