Plenful Benefits Overview

Build and maintain integrations between Plenful and external healthcare systems (EMRs, payors, PBMs). Design data pipelines using APIs, EDI X12, and healthcare standards (FHIR/HL7). Translate product requirements into scalable integration solutions, troubleshoot live integrations, and collaborate with product, platform, and customer-facing teams.

As a Staff Software Engineer at Plenful, you'll lead the development of automation systems, maintain workflow orchestration, manage external integrations, mentor engineers, and improve system reliability.

Lead customer implementations by configuring the Plenful platform, engaging clients, providing omnichannel support, developing best-practice documentation, and collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, feedback, and expansion.
