Design data collection methods, use research, network analysis and AI/automation tools to produce high-quality reports and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, and improve workflow productivity.

Manage stability, performance, and scalability of enterprise block, file, and object storage platforms. Automate provisioning and configuration, perform capacity planning and performance analysis, install and upgrade storage systems and firmware, lead incident response and root cause analysis, support backup and disaster recovery workflows, and collaborate with global infrastructure, database, cloud, and application teams.

Design, build, and deliver cloud-native software enhancements for investor and tax applications. Develop microservices on AWS/Kubernetes, implement CI/CD and TDD practices, integrate messaging systems like Kafka, debug relational databases, and collaborate with DevOps and stakeholders to improve scalability, resiliency, automation, and cross-team initiatives.

Design and implement infrastructure to support generative AI and machine learning, optimizing workflows and integrating new technologies while ensuring reliability and performance.

The Business Analyst will document business requirements, develop test plans, leverage automation tools, and improve operational processes in trade processing and reconciliation.
