Design end-to-end experiences across Popl’s web dashboard and mobile app. Build and maintain component libraries, strengthen design operations, establish design QA practices, simplify complex B2B workflows, conduct user research, and advocate for product and design excellence. The role requires close collaboration with product and engineering leadership, strong product judgment, clear communication, and independent ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own and optimize Popls digital demand generation across paid search, AI search, SEO, email, and website conversion. Manage agencies and contractors, allocate budgets, build HubSpot and Salesforce attribution dashboards, and translate channel performance into executive reporting. Partner with content to drive AI-informed visibility and oversee AI-driven content and automation workflows.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market SaaS customers through onboarding, adoption, health monitoring, training, business reviews, renewals, and expansions. Act as customer advocate, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, standardize CS processes, and drive gross revenue retention and product usage.

Build, scale, and maintain Popl's backend services: write backend code, support and document APIs, monitor logs, resolve issues, make infrastructure decisions, and collaborate with engineering to ensure reliable, secure, and performant systems.
