Assists with inspections, audits, hazard identification, incident investigations, corrective actions, safety documentation, JHA reviews, PPE monitoring, emergency preparedness, safety meetings, training initiatives, and compliance tracking. The role is site-based, predominantly outdoors, and provides practical experience in occupational safety, environmental health, and construction safety.

Supports contract administration across bidding, pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases. Maintains document versions, repositories, deadlines, contractual records, and project updates. Processes nondisclosure agreements, redacts documents, and tracks parent guarantees, bonds, and insurance certificates. Attends project meetings, distributes action items and updated information, and assists senior contracts personnel. Requires strong organization, communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Leads site quality assurance and quality control for utility-scale PV and BESS construction projects. Develops Quality Plans and ITPs, manages inspections, audits, NCRs, corrective actions, documentation, commissioning, closeout, and turnover. Supervises site quality technicians, facilitates Lean Six Sigma improvement initiatives, trains field teams, coordinates with construction, engineering, commissioning, subcontractors, OEMs, owners, and clients, and serves as the primary on-site quality representative. Requires nationwide travel or relocation and rotational field assignments.
