Provide technical support for power distribution customers in the U.S. Southeast, assist sales with quotes and bids, collaborate with design engineering and R&D on product optimizations and new offerings, address quality concerns, participate in industry standards and conferences, and support manufacturing to ensure product performance.

Lead and manage 2–4 high-voltage underground cable installation projects (69–345 kV). Oversee bidding, site supervision, schedules (MS Project), budgets, change orders, payroll, travel (up to 75%), and reporting to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Develop and deepen relationships with hyperscale, long-haul, and middle-mile customers to grow Prysmian's brand and sales. Identify decision makers, map project pipelines, share product specifications, gather competitive intelligence, influence product roadmap, train sales teams, and support marketing. Frequent travel and cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and field teams; evolve into a regional sales director role over time.
