Own the full enterprise sales cycle for complex new business opportunities, from discovery and demonstrations through procurement, security review, and close. Build strategic account plans, manage multi-threaded buying committees, develop pipeline, forecast accurately in Salesforce, and partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, solutions engineering, customer success, legal, and security. Help establish Qualio’s enterprise go-to-market playbook while selling to regulated life sciences and medtech organizations.

Manage and optimize Qualio’s revenue technology stack, including Salesforce and related GTM tools. Build automations, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows; maintain data integrity; document and improve processes; create reports and dashboards; support forecasting; train revenue teams; and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.

Owns core accounting functions including monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, SaaS revenue accounting under ASC 606, accounts payable, billing, collections, and audit support. The role manages Rillet, Ramp, and Maxio while using AI to improve accounting processes, analyze data, and increase efficiency. It also documents procedures and supports cross-functional accounting projects in a fully remote startup environment.
