Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of Quindar’s Mission Planning capabilities across Plan and Portal products. Translate mission objectives into executable spacecraft and ground operations plans, improve scheduling and constraint-aware automation, and design workflows for diverse mission stakeholders. Conduct user research, define requirements and success metrics, collaborate with engineering and design, and lead prioritization, launch, and iteration for complex technical products.

Architects, automates, tests, deploys, and maintains highly available Kubernetes infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, offline, and secure environments. Owns Kubernetes deployment strategy, DevSecOps practices, secure networking, monitoring, performance, availability, and compliance. Collaborates with software engineers and customers on architecture deployments, cloud-native services, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and distributed systems within an Agile Scrum environment.

Deploy and support mission-critical software in customer environments, troubleshooting across APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and frontend systems. Travel to customer sites and collaborate with satellite operations teams to prototype solutions, gather product feedback, and shape roadmap priorities. Partner with Product and Engineering to productionize successful prototypes, while creating integration playbooks, documentation, and training resources.

Develop backend satellite operations software using Python and AWS, build and troubleshoot APIs, integrate containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), use IaC (Terraform), collaborate in Agile teams, and contribute to generative AI integrations, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and architecture to support scalable, secure mission operations.

Lead cross-functional delivery of commercial space and aerospace programs from proposal through deployment. Manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, milestones, customer relationships, documentation, and performance tracking. Coordinate engineering, product, sales, and business development teams while translating technical requirements into executable plans. Support proposals and business growth, and operate across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.

As a Forward Deployed Product Engineer, you'll ensure software reliability for satellite missions, troubleshoot issues, engage with customers, and prototype new products.

Develop backend Command & Control (C2) systems connecting Quindar's platform to satellites. Implement machine-to-machine communication, binary protocols, serialization, transport, stateful comms, telemetry, and hardware integrations. Onboard diverse spacecraft, translate interfaces into maintainable integrations, build scalable abstractions and tooling, and improve reliability, observability, and performance while collaborating cross-functionally.
