Coordinates capture planning and proposal development for construction pursuits, including team coordination, messaging, formatting, proofreading, editing, compliance, graphics coordination, research, and quality reviews. Creates proposal content, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials while maintaining qualifications, project descriptions, resumes, and proposal databases. Requires strong writing, layout, communication, collaboration, and Adobe Creative Cloud skills, with AEC industry knowledge preferred.

Supports enterprise client relationships across projects, markets, and business units. Maintains account-level oversight of project performance, client satisfaction, risks, commitments, financials, and opportunities. Develops stakeholder relationships, maintains Salesforce account intelligence and playbooks, supports account strategy and growth, coordinates follow-through, and leads project after-action reviews and onboarding while partnering with account and business-unit leadership.
