Drive new enterprise business and strategic account growth for a cybersecurity SaaS company. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing and closing complex opportunities, managing 4–8 month sales cycles, creating account plans, expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell, engaging technical and executive stakeholders, and partnering with Sales Engineers to deliver tailored solutions.

Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, Terraform infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, AWS cloud environments, and GitHub workflows. The role improves developer tooling and SDLC processes, troubleshoots infrastructure and application issues, and implements security, reliability, observability, and performance best practices while collaborating with engineering teams.

Own success for enterprise customers by delivering security-focused enablement, projects, advisory services, training, workflow development, and strategic success plans. Manage escalations, support issues, business reviews, customer value communication, and product feedback while integrating threat intelligence into security operations. Maintain account documentation in Zendesk, Gainsight, and JIRA, support at-risk accounts, engage technical and executive stakeholders, and travel at least 30%.

Administer and maintain enterprise EDR platforms across endpoints and cloud workloads. Develop detection policies, translate threat intelligence into endpoint rules, maintain SIEM/SOAR integrations, and support incident response through containment, live response, data collection, and system restoration. Troubleshoot agent and operating system issues, support auxiliary security tools, and maintain documentation, SOPs, baselines, and change-management processes.

Lead and develop a distributed Sales Engineering team supporting US Public Sector. Establish operating models, standardize discovery/demos/Proof of Value, drive technical wins on strategic opportunities, partner with sales and cross-functional teams, and manage hiring, performance, and career growth.
