Supports the design, integration, and delivery of secure, scalable federal IT and cloud architectures. Translates mission requirements into technical designs, diagrams, specifications, and user stories; collaborates with software, infrastructure, data, and test teams; and supports cloud-native, DevSecOps, CI/CD, security, and compliance initiatives aligned with NIST RMF, FedRAMP, and DoD requirements.

Lead AI/ML initiatives for Air Force condition-based maintenance, from predictive model development through production deployment. Architect data pipelines, develop machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI solutions, and build knowledge graph capabilities. Provide technical leadership, integrate models into applications and workflows, and monitor data quality, model performance, drift, and bias. Collaborate with engineering, cloud, software, and product teams while supporting defense aviation logistics and sustainment missions.

Lead the architecture and delivery of AI/ML initiatives supporting U.S. Air Force and Army predictive logistics and condition-based maintenance programs. Coordinate engineering teams, translate mission needs into technical solutions, guide tradeoff decisions, mentor technical leaders, and ensure AI/ML systems improve fleet maintenance, aircraft availability, and military readiness. The role requires Databricks expertise, technical leadership, stakeholder communication, and an active Secret clearance.
