Redpanda Data Benefits Overview

Own the technical direction and implementation of authentication, authorization, and on-behalf-of delegation for Redpanda’s agentic AI platform. Extend its OAuth authorization server and token vault, build auditable delegation systems, and federate with enterprise identity providers such as Okta, Entra, and Ping. Lead technical decisions across multiple engineering teams, track emerging agent identity standards, collaborate with security and product teams, mentor engineers, represent technical positions externally, and deliver production-hardened systems.

Help customers adopt Redpanda by conducting workshops, architecting and implementing production-ready data streaming systems, building integrations and reusable automation, resolving technical barriers, optimizing performance, and supporting onboarding and expansion. The role partners with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams while sharing technical content and best practices. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Design, build, and operate Redpanda Cloud services across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Own features end to end, lead technical architecture, and develop automated provisioning, deployment, upgrades, and self-healing systems. Maintain reliability, scalability, security, resilience, and observability for a 99.99% SLA. Participate in on-call operations and collaborate with Cloud, Core, AI, Platform, product, and customer-facing teams.
