Leads RentSpree’s Data organization across data engineering, data science, analytics, and strategy. Owns the data and ML roadmap, analytics self-service, experimentation standards, governance, data quality, vendor strategy, and GTM data foundation. Manages analytics leaders and partners with engineering, product, finance, executives, and the Board to drive data-informed strategy. The role also scales globally distributed teams, develops talent, and remains hands-on enough to review SQL, models, metrics, and warehouse architecture.

Own end-to-end growth for a designated customer persona, spanning acquisition, activation, conversion, expansion, retention, and referrals. Design and run structured experiments, develop segmentation, leverage partner relationships, create in-product growth initiatives, and use AI-driven workflows and automation to scale testing and personalization. Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, data, client success, and marketing teams while optimizing funnel performance and measurable growth outcomes.

Build RentSpree’s partner co-marketing function from the ground up, including partner tiers, co-op economics, agreement terms, acquisition, ABM, association marketing, advisory programs, and partner content. Drive partner-sourced pipeline, product adoption, thought leadership, events, and measurable growth while collaborating with Sales, Legal, Success, and Marketing. The role requires executive-level partner engagement, commercial judgment, data-driven growth expertise, and AI-enabled workflows. It is hybrid in Seattle with travel for partner events, conferences, and offsites.

Own and scale the sales enablement system for integrations: create playbooks, technical intakes, runbooks, checklists, and AI workflows; train and coach CSMs; maintain vendor/RESO integration specs; monitor Launch Velocity KRs; coordinate between CSMs, Solutions Architects, Engineering, and Product to make partner integrations repeatable and scalable.

The Senior Content Marketing Manager at RentSpree will develop and execute a content strategy for agents and landlords, driving engagement and growth through storytelling, community programs, and AI integration for scalable content production.

Lead a product area end-to-end: define roadmap, prototype demos, run customer discovery, set and track success metrics, and drive cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, Data) to measurable outcomes with an AI-first approach.

Own the full partnership lifecycle to build a landlord acquisition channel: prospect apartment and investor associations, pitch and negotiate revenue-share deals, close partnerships, test adjacent verticals, hand off to Customer Success, manage pipeline in HubSpot, and represent RentSpree at industry events.
