Build and enhance Databricks-based platform capabilities and reusable data products for quantitative researchers and analysts. Develop and operate pipelines integrating heterogeneous data sources, while improving governance, automation, observability, security, and operational excellence. Define target-state platform architecture, evaluate emerging technologies, and use infrastructure as code, CI/CD, Apache Airflow, and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototypes into production.

Owns enterprise IAM product roadmaps and Agile delivery across authentication, federation, access controls, identity governance, directory services, privileged access management, and cryptographic key management. Translates business needs into technical requirements, manages backlogs and dependencies, leads Agile ceremonies, coordinates IAM vendors and platforms, and reports delivery KPIs to stakeholders and executives.

Coordinates client and team initiatives by managing communications, workstream calendars, workback plans, process documentation, fiscal planning, budget tracking, and milestone execution. Builds and maintains Teams and SharePoint repositories, creates email templates and planning assets, and provides progress updates and action-item tracking. Requires prior Microsoft consulting or direct Microsoft experience, strong productivity-tool skills, and five years of relevant professional experience.
