Develop and own performance-driven creative strategy for eCommerce brands: analyze campaign data, build testing roadmaps, create hooks/scripts/messaging, brief visual creators, review assets, provide performance-focused feedback, and collaborate with media buyers and clients to iterate and drive commercial results.

As a Lead Strategist, you will drive profitable growth for clients through strategic planning, managing marketing budgets, and leading a team to execute data-driven growth marketing strategies.

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, Demand Gen, Video) for eCommerce clients. Own account health, budgets, campaign builds, keyword management, A/B tests, creative briefs, reporting, client calls, and feed/tracking implementation using DataFeedWatch and Google Merchant Center. Troubleshoot tracking, ensure policy compliance, scale campaigns, and stay current with platform updates.
