Own SageOx’s go-to-market engine by combining customer research, content, community marketing, outbound, AI-powered tooling, integrations, and measurable distribution experiments. The role partners closely with founders to shape positioning, build demand channels, automate CRM and prospecting workflows, create technical assets, and turn successful experiments into repeatable playbooks. It requires strong AI fluency, technical building ability, customer empathy, clear communication, and high ownership in an in-person startup environment.

The Marketing Lead will be SageOx’s first marketer, owning brand voice, social media, developer community engagement, product launches, events, founder amplification, and audience growth. The role involves building awareness for a new AI product category, organizing meetups and hackathons, measuring acquisition and engagement, running marketing experiments, and creating agent-assisted workflows. The candidate must be technically credible, deeply familiar with AI, comfortable with builders, and able to execute independently in an early-stage startup.

Build and ship customer-driven fixes and features in SageOx’s core product. Engage customers through Slack and onsite onboarding, debug integrations, design workflows, educate users, create documentation, and synthesize customer feedback into product insights. The role requires independent software development, strong communication, comfort with AI tools, and occasional travel to customer sites while working onsite in Seattle.

Build and maintain firmware and hardware for SageOx devices, create automated hardware-testing infrastructure, operate OTA fleet updates, and develop cloud, app, and web integrations. Establish agent-operable development harnesses, digital twins, device provisioning, and continuous testing for large-scale fleets. Evaluate future hardware, collaborate with suppliers, and help customize physical products. The role requires hands-on hardware hacking, systems thinking, independent execution, and daily use of agentic AI coding tools.

The Product Manager will be SageOx’s first PM, partnering with the CPO to discover customer needs, define product value, shape packaging and pricing, prioritize experiments, and guide products from hypothesis to production. The role requires deep customer empathy, hands-on AI fluency, zero-to-one product experience, strong judgment, clear communication, and a willingness to prototype and ship. The position is based in Seattle with five days per week in person, including a work trial during hiring.

Build and ship across the full stack, including embedded firmware, mobile and desktop applications, cloud services, Temporal workflows, web frontends, real-time audio streaming, CLI tools, and file systems. Responsibilities include AI memory systems, reliable recording pipelines, audio processing, speaker identification, native call capture, and rapidly delivering production features. The role requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, agentic coding fluency, experimentation, and end-to-end ownership.
