Lead end-to-end implementations of the Course Planner product for K-12 districts, manage diverse client portfolios, resolve data integration issues, and drive adoption. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, document product/process improvements, assist with QA, and present technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise school-district accounts to drive product adoption, execute renewals, identify expansion opportunities, deliver trainings, analyze usage data, and maintain executive relationships and CRM records.
