Own product marketing for Sentra’s AI Data Readiness platform, including positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, product launches, go-to-market execution, sales enablement, content, and thought leadership. Translate complex data security and AI technologies into differentiated customer value, collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, and provide insights that improve customer engagement and business decisions.

Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, managing relationships, account reviews, deployments, integrations, adoption, training, and ongoing support. Guide customers across multi-cloud environments, identify security and efficiency improvements, resolve technical challenges, collaborate with support teams, and advocate for customer feedback in product development.

Act as a technical liaison during the sales cycle: demo products, perform architecture reviews, support deployment and troubleshooting, inform product roadmap, collaborate with sales/marketing, and build relationships with customers and partners while staying current on industry trends.
