Leads and scales an enterprise sales organization selling AI and data infrastructure to Fortune 500 retailers, marketplaces, and travel companies. Owns regional quota, forecasting, pipeline generation, strategic deals, hiring, coaching, and performance management. Partners cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategy, sales processes, territories, playbooks, and customer business cases. Requires experience closing large technical enterprise deals and managing high-performing account executive teams.

Build and operate low-latency ML infrastructure for production ranking systems. Design model CI/CD, scalable inference pipelines, observability and evaluation loops, optimize serving performance, and partner with research to transition models to resilient production deployments.
