Own the end-to-end sales process for a portfolio of national and regional grocery and retail partners. Prospect, develop relationships with Director/VP/C-levels, craft tailored proposals, negotiate and close new partnerships and renewals, forecast pipeline, and coordinate cross-functionally to enable successful partner launches. Represent the company at industry events; travel ~40%.

Build and re-architect Shipt's LLM-native search stack including retrieval and ranking systems. Design multi-task and multi-objective models, integrate personalization signals, develop hybrid dense/sparse retrieval, and apply generative retrieval and query expansion. Analyze search data, report findings to leadership, and partner with senior scientists and ML engineers to improve relevance, revenue trade-offs, and operational metrics.

Build and deploy geospatial ML models using large-scale GPS, mapping, and routing data to improve final-mile logistics. Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to design experiments, translate spatial insights into operational decisions, and productionize models and data systems.

Lead development and deployment of cutting-edge ML models for pricing, design and analyze experiments, collaborate with product and engineering, present findings to stakeholders, and lead technical projects to influence team output and business metrics.
