Lead and implement change management activities for large-scale transformations: readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication, training/readiness content, progress reporting, metrics, and executive presentations while coordinating with project teams and contributing to business development and internal initiatives.

Lead organizational design and change management engagements: assess structures, design target operating models and job matrices, develop role definitions and governance, drive change readiness and stakeholder engagement, create training/readiness content, define metrics, manage program health and deliverables, support implementations, and contribute to business development and practice capabilities.

Lead AI transformation strategy and change management for energy, transportation, and industrial clients. Identify high-impact AI use cases, build roadmaps, guide vendor/tool selection, establish governance and KPIs, drive adoption from pilot to production, manage multi-workstream delivery, and mentor junior consultants.

Hands-on role to design, prototype, and ship production AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows. Integrate AI tooling with enterprise data platforms and OT systems, own technical delivery end-to-end, build monitoring and guardrails, troubleshoot scaling issues, and create reusable accelerators while mentoring junior talent.

The Senior Consultant in Change Management will develop strategies to assist clients in organizational change, ensuring projects achieve objectives, while collaborating across teams to optimize processes and support workforce engagement.
