Design
Develop and scale manufacturing processes for advanced hardware prototypes from concept through pilot production. Lead DFM/DFx, system integration, process validation, tooling, fixtures, documentation, and quality control initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and external manufacturers across electromechanical, polymer, adhesive, lamination, and textile processes.
