The Tax Manager oversees client tax return preparation, manages governmental examinations, and provides advanced tax strategy and compliance advice while mentoring junior staff.

The Tax Partner oversees client services in accounting, taxes, and advisory services, recruits staff, develops training programs, and ensures compliance. They maintain industry knowledge and participate in business development.

Lead technical review and approval of complex tax returns, manage preparation workflow, supervise and train tax staff, participate in client meetings and tax planning, represent clients in tax examinations, ensure timely billing and practice development involvement.
