Owns cost, schedule, and performance across DoD contracts supporting Army and Joint program offices. Serves as the primary government customer contact, leads program reviews, coordinates engineers and subcontractors, manages product orders through shipment, resolves resource conflicts, supports capture efforts, and maintains program documentation and portfolio updates. The role requires operational or mission experience, technical team leadership, customer-facing program management, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Leads HVAC and plumbing acquisition integrations from post-LOI through Day 100, coordinating operations, HR, finance, IT, marketing, systems migration, technician retention, licensing, branding, and back-office conversion. Builds a repeatable integration playbook, dashboards, checklists, timelines, and training programs while supporting operational diligence and deal modeling. The role reports to the CEO, is remote in the USA, and requires substantial travel.

Lead positioning, messaging, and influence campaigns to win federal buyers. Create high-quality long-form content, social engagement, events, and demand-generation funnels. Manage vendors, run rapid experiments with AI-native tooling, and own strategy and hands-on execution as the company's sole marketer to drive pipeline and credibility against large incumbents.
