Leads product strategy and delivery by representing customer and stakeholder needs, defining solution vision and roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, managing epics and user stories, coordinating releases, and measuring outcomes. Partners with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure solutions are valuable, feasible, and aligned with organizational strategy. Conducts user research, manages dependencies and risks, communicates release information, and mentors team members.

Manages investor and client reporting for commercial real estate loan portfolios. Responsibilities include reviewing system-generated reports, preparing remittance and servicing-fee reports, building Excel financial models, validating loan metrics and cash flows, ensuring servicing and agreement compliance, researching stakeholder inquiries, performing quality control, and improving processes. The role requires accurate, timely deliverables, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.

Supports client delivery and implementation of SitusAMC software in production environments. Documents specifications, configurations, user guides, and release notes; configures and tests applications; validates and routes software defects; analyzes requirements; demonstrates upgrades and enhancements; and conducts client and internal training. Provides customer liaison support through virtual and on-site service delivery while resolving issues and adapting to changing priorities.
