Leads product strategy and represents customer and stakeholder interests. Partners with Legal leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and technology teams to improve contract lifecycle processes, reporting, compliance, operational efficiency, and data quality.

Supports client delivery and implementation of SitusAMC software in production environments. Documents specifications, configurations, user guides, and release notes; configures and tests applications; validates and routes software defects; analyzes requirements; demonstrates upgrades and enhancements; and conducts client and internal training. Provides customer liaison support through virtual and on-site service delivery while resolving issues and adapting to changing priorities.

Build and operate scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices. Develop enterprise cloud solutions focused on security, resilience, performance, and availability. Automate CI/CD pipelines using GitOps, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps. Manage Kubernetes, service mesh, serverless applications, patching, upgrades, and infrastructure operations while collaborating with engineering, architecture, security, and customer teams.

Leads enterprise leadership and talent development programs, including succession planning, high-potential development, career growth, performance enablement, and organizational capability building. Partners with senior leaders, HR teams, vendors, and facilitators to design personalized learning experiences using talent data, learning technologies, and AI-enabled tools. Coaches stakeholders, facilitates programs, evaluates outcomes, and presents insights demonstrating business impact.

Run hedge analyses and provide trading recommendations to institutional clients, primarily involving mortgage servicing rights.
