Design intern creating experiences across iOS, Android, web, and tablet platforms. Responsibilities include collaborating in ideation sessions, incorporating feedback and mentorship, producing high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, executing pixel-perfect designs for engineering, and contributing to the design system. Candidates should demonstrate strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and a portfolio showing passion for design.

Analyze product and business requirements across mobile, web, email, and in-app systems. Translate requirements into system and interface specifications, reusable components, data structures, prototypes, and implementation guidance. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data, Design, and Engineering to evaluate feasibility, validate implementations, review accessibility and responsiveness, and identify defects or improvement opportunities.

Design user interfaces for iOS, Android, and web platforms, including layouts, typography, color systems, icons, illustrations, and digital assets. Create promotional and social media graphics, maintain the design system and component library, prepare production-ready assets, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and multidisciplinary teams through visual design initiatives and critiques.

Design experiences across platforms, collaborate with teams, own design execution, and contribute to design system development while mentoring junior designers.

Lead zero-to-one lifecycle program: design and build onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation journeys across Braze (push, email, in-app). Own segmentation, deliverability, experiments (holdouts/A/B), tentpole campaigns, and operating standards while partnering with product, design, data, and engineering.

As a content curator, you'll create and manage a sports community for a specific team, providing engaging content, responding to user queries, and ensuring a positive atmosphere within the Sleeper app.

Create and manage TikTok content for a specific NFL team, posting 5-7 videos weekly, and maintaining community engagement.

The AI Content Creator will produce AI-generated short-form content, manage social accounts, and iterate based on performance data, collaborating with the growth team.
