Leads client outcomes for major US health insurance accounts, overseeing financial health, retention, strategic expansion, renewals, and client satisfaction. Translates technical platform delivery into business value, manages scope and profitability, leads executive reviews, identifies upsell opportunities, and collaborates with Customer Success, Sales, and product teams. Builds relationships with payer leaders in Claims, Quality, and Member Experience while monitoring healthcare interoperability, FHIR standards, CMS developments, and market trends.

Lead pre-sales solution architecture for a healthcare data platform. Partner with sales and strategic clients to understand requirements, design architectures, support scoping and sandbox environments, develop RFP/RFI responses, deliver technical presentations, and conduct demos and proofs of concept. Guide data migration and implementation planning, present solutions for architecture approval, advise on customer technical strategies, and liaise across clients, engineering, product, and support teams. Apply healthcare integration expertise, particularly HL7 FHIR, to support scalable customer solutions.

Design, develop and execute performance, load, stress and regression tests for API and web applications. Model scenarios, analyze NFRs and bottlenecks, maintain test frameworks, report metrics, and collaborate with development and infra teams to improve scalability and reliability.
