Analyze reimbursement, pricing benchmarks, market opportunities, and ROI while supporting partner negotiations and sales growth. Manage supply chain relationships, present pricing proposals, create enablement materials, deliver training, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships. Build reporting and analytical tools with data teams to improve pricing decisions and partner value demonstration.

Supports new client group implementations by gathering requirements, maintaining project plans and open-item logs, coordinating implementation teams, entering data, building CRM profiles, and liaising with contracting and invoicing teams. Provides go-live and post-go-live support, participates in client meetings, and manages multiple deadlines while ensuring implementation accuracy and client needs are met.

Manage strategic relationships with large PBM clients, own renewals, drive retention, and ensure client satisfaction. Analyze pharmacy claims, rebates, and ROI data to recommend cost-containment strategies and present executive business reviews. Coordinate cross-functional teams, address escalations, communicate risks, support formulary and clinical program discussions, monitor industry trends, and mentor account management staff. Travel up to 25%.
