Drive territory growth by prospecting schools and organizations, developing customer relationships, managing sales pipelines, forecasting, conducting discovery calls and presentations, representing the company at events, and closing new business. The role focuses on athletic programs and educational organizations, requires accurate CRM usage, and includes meeting sales targets while expanding customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Build local partnerships with schools, teams, and community organizations by prospecting, conducting in-person meetings and demos, closing new partnerships, and handing off clients to Account Managers. Work as an independent 1099 contractor on a flexible schedule, using existing local networks to generate sales in an assigned territory.

Lead accounting function including GL, AP/AR, payroll, financial reporting, controls, audits, and tax filings. Develop policies, streamline month-end close and automation, manage cash flow, provide financial analysis for forecasting and strategic planning, and mentor the accounting team to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
