Design and own login and authentication fraud strategy across web and mobile: detect and mitigate ATO, credential stuffing, MFA bombing, SIM swap, OTP interception, and emulator/bot traffic; drive device forensics and behavioral signals; build step-up auth, account recovery, and high-risk decisioning; coordinate with InfoSec, IAM, Fraud Ops, and partners to translate threat intel into production policies and optimize approval/loss trade-offs.

Own vision, strategy, and delivery of operations and support platform capabilities. Improve member support journeys, agent tooling, workflow automation, and case management. Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations to identify opportunities, prioritize work, define success metrics, and deliver scalable solutions that reduce manual work and improve outcomes.

Owner of cross-product fraud strategy designing unified decisioning across onboarding, login, funding, and money movement. Lead device forensics, entity resolution, scam interception, and risk-tiered money-movement policies. Build shared analytics (SQL/Python), partner with product, Fraud Ops, and InfoSec to deploy rules-engine policies, monitor performance, and govern cross-product risk infrastructure.

Lead and mature SoFi's vulnerability management program, driving prioritization, cross-functional remediation campaigns, governance, KPIs, and executive reporting. Build operating rhythms for intake, triage, tracking, escalation, and continuous improvement across security, engineering, product, and risk teams to reduce mean time to remediate and improve measurable risk outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of a scalable Operations learning ecosystem, from onboarding to product launch readiness. Build AI-enabled, data-driven curricula and knowledge management, mentor senior managers, oversee training administration, measure impact on FCR/CSAT/NPS, and align programs with enterprise L&D.

The Senior Staff Software Engineer will lead the architecture and implementation of AI-powered developer tools and workflows in a cloud environment. Responsibilities include mentoring, driving innovation, managing project delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Support in-house litigation counsel by intake and tracking of new matters, maintaining litigation records, coordinating discovery and internal investigations, liaising with outside counsel, generating litigation reports, and improving litigation workflows and tracking tools.

Lead global compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and compensation structures. Model cash and equity programs, partner with Finance for stock-based forecasting, support executive compensation and proxy disclosures, and advise stakeholders on market practices and regulatory considerations.

Lead second-line oversight of small business credit risk through advanced analytics, monitoring KPIs/KRIs, roll rates, delinquency, and credit loss trends. Evaluate and optimize portfolio management policies, ensure regulatory readiness and adherence to risk appetite, provide data-driven challenge to first line, and communicate findings to management.
